What is hypnotherapy and how does it work?

​​Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we enter many times a day, for example when we are daydreaming, just before we go to sleep and even when we are watching television and can be described as nothing more than a relaxed focus.

​​ALL clinical and professional hypnosis/hypnotherapy is safe and a completely natural state of mind because you are always in control.

 

  • Anyone can be hypnotised if they want to be.

 

  • You cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do.

 

  • You cannot be made to reveal secrets or personal information.

 

  • You cannot stay trapped in a hypnotic trance.

 

  • You can end your hypnotic trance whenever you want.
